A presentation of the production area, its flagship grape variety – Glera or Prosecco – and styles of wine that are defined both by their dosage (extra but, brut, dry, extra dry) and their geographical origins. A description of the different production areas and current quality pyramid, from generic Prosecco to the DOCG delineated by the villages of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, home of Cartizze, Prosecco’s top-end growth as well as the numerous ‘Rive’.
